Kelcey St. Amand, MSN, CNM, is a board-certified nurse-midwife. She started her career as a labor and delivery nurse at Mary Immaculate in 2018 after completing her undergraduate nursing degrees at Riverside College of Health Careers and Old Dominion University.

She earned her Master of Science in Nurse-Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University. Her approach to midwifery encompasses the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of not only pregnancy and birth but lifelong women’s care.
Kelcey was born and raised in Hampton Roads and after a year spent on the west coast is excited to be starting her midwifery career back at home. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, cooking, and time with family and friends.
