About Tiffany Maxfield, WHNP
Tiffany is excited to be back home in the Roanoke Valley, caring for the community where she grew up. Military life provided Tiffany and her family the opportunity to call several places home over the last 20 years, including four years in Hawaii. After her husband’s retirement from the U.S. Navy, they were happy to come home to Virginia. Together, they have two sons and one daughter who keep them busy with multiple sports and marching band. Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fayetteville State University in 2019. She started her nursing career as a Labor and Delivery nurse, where she discovered her passion for women’s health. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Women’s Health from Frontier Nursing University in 2026. She enjoys getting to know her patients, helping them feel heard, and providing personalized care through every stage of life. Tiffany is grateful for the opportunity to care for the women of the Roanoke Valley and surrounding communities.
